The trend-setting doctor set up Papillon Institute of Cosmetology in 1994. Papillon Institute of Cosmetology was established for imparting scientific and professional training in beauty and hair services. Dr. Koparkar, a dermatologist, felt the need of imparting scientific knowledge, advice and treatment for skin and hair problems.
